Quick answers
🏡 Family Sharing subscription
- Family Sharing: monthly auto-renewing subscription, $10.00/month (or the local equivalent).
- Includes: share unlimited kids with unlimited people. Invitees never pay.
- Billing: charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel or manage: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Poopyfeed.
- Restore: Poopyfeed → Account → Restore purchases.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
🗑️ Deleting your account & data
Open Poopyfeed → tap your account button (top right) → Delete account. This permanently removes every kid you created from iCloud, including for anyone you shared with, and signs you out. It can't be undone. To just clear this phone, use Erase everything on this phone instead. Your data comes back from iCloud when you sign in again.
We never store or have access to your data (it's end-to-end encrypted in your own iCloud), so there's nothing else for us to delete. You can also stop using Sign in with Apple for Poopyfeed in Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
