These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Poopyfeed app (the "App"), owned and operated by MJMX Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Apple's license agreement
The App is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
Not medical advice
Poopyfeed is a record-keeping tool. Countdowns, summaries, charts and hints (for example about temperature, stool color or food reactions) are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your pediatrician or another qualified professional about your child's health. If you think your child has a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
Family Sharing subscription
- Subscription: Family Sharing (monthly).
- Price: $10.00 per month in the US, or the equivalent shown in the App Store for your country.
- What you get: share unlimited kids with unlimited people. People you invite don't pay.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and canceling: manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- When it ends: people you've shared with lose access. Your own logging, history, stats and reports stay free.
We may change the price. Apple will tell you before any increase affects you, and ask you to agree to it if required.
Your data and your account
Your data is stored in your iCloud account (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for what you log and who you share it with. You can delete your account and data at any time in Account → Delete account. Because we don't hold your data, we can't recover anything you delete, so keep your iCloud account secure.
Acceptable use
Don't use the App to break the law, to violate anyone else's rights, or to interfere with the App or iCloud. Only share data about a child you have the right to share it for.
Availability
We work hard to keep the App running, but it's provided "as is". Syncing depends on iCloud and your network, and may sometimes be delayed. We may update, change or stop features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post changes here and update the date above. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new Terms.
